Wow its been awhile welcome me back many years in full throttle
. It's a lovely life lotsa love and sweet friends. Our daughters are 21 and 18 this year, One is a graphic designer ,and the other studying computer science. Troy and I will be celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary this July 6,2015.
Somethings I missed telling you cyber-buds...
My husband is a musician..keyboards,guitar,piano... and our daughters dancers. In 2009 we started a dance troupe called MOSAIC its a lovely thing. They played an outdoor town festival "Bailey Day" In Bailey Colorado for 3 summers. Very nice. Every year starting in 2010 we have had a family show under the same name we invite friends looking for a creative outlet thus the name Mosaic. Small beautiful,talented pieces put together to make stunning art.
This year we sold our home of 20 years and now are living in Denver in a two bedroom apartment.Why you might ask can we move from a 2500 square foot home to a 1000 living space and not tear out our hair? I want to write its because we are spiritual people all loving our god Jehovah but I can tell YOU as we are friends . Its because we have two bathrooms one in the girls bedroom they share and ours. Peace.
It's a nice apartment fairly quiet. We have a cello player upstairs that practices daily. I like it. We live next to a park,a place to walk and throw a football. We are planning some ultimate Frisbee games .If you play? Pop over.
Many dog owners here. I know they love them to pieces as each pet is also a renter . Their loving owners pay $35 a pet ..maybe multiples gets a deal. I know this as my daughter pays that for her beloved cat,Bella. Bella has conformed to city life quite well enjoying the window for chats with the squirrels and viewing the goings on of our neighbors.
We are full-time ministers devoting 70 volunteer hours per month per year to the preaching work. We as a family work and play together. Its very nice. This is our second year as a team,enjoying the many conversations and bible students we have. The meaning of joy indeed.
So no school age girls anymore. Young happy contented adults making good choices and the anniversary couple of almost 30 years? Older now having the time to reconnect as mates.
Worth the wait.

Oh K
Amazing that I'm writing again and so soon.(TIC) So nice winterbreak ahhh break from school,not sure what i'll do with myself.I know talking with our neighbors is in the plan always a good time.
Sleeping in abit,seeing friends,movie(?),teacher planning for next semester,date night!!

Almost 2 years since i started this blog!
I said i was busy wow,I'd really like to keep up with this and have some followers...
Instead of trying to catchup ,I'll move forward.
Today, I ordered graduation invitations for my daughters high school graduation party,so fun.
We are going to have the graduation,a dance,brunch and amaZing race game all in the same weekend.We are planning for 100 families and making alot of food! What do you think i'll be doing on Monday? zzzzzzz
Alannah is busy finishing up her school day.Her English is to read "To Kill a Mockingbird". What a wonderful book if you never read it and just saw the movie. The author Harper Lee never wrote another novel,when asked why she replied "When you have a hit like this the only way to go is down."
I think you should try things without the thought of success or failure as the saying goes its the journey not the destination. I think you'd miss out on alot of learning. The process of doing,sounds like a good name for a dance show.

First blog I'm blogging...
So many hours in a day so little time oh wait hmm if you understood that it means you must have kids.
I do: 2 teens and a husband of 24 years.We are busy and then lazy but mostly busy.
We are a home school family that live at 8500 feet in the Rocky Mountains.It is lovely and challenging living where the snow can surprise you in April. We got 3 feet of snow a few weekends ago,lost power while I was making corn muffins had to finish cooking them on the barbecue,us mountain gals are resourceful.
First wildflower of the year is usually a crocus ,lovely purple thing with yellow insides it usually peeks out around April ..you haven't lived till you see a hill covered with wildflowers!
Aspen trees are another wonder with their white trunks and green almost translucent leaves. When the wind blows they talk to you as they rustle in the wind.
